Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Individual course purchases are non-refundable once course content has been accessed.

1. Subscription Plans

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date.

After 7 Days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period. If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day period, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation of an annual subscription will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund for the remaining subscription period.

2. Individual Course Purchases

Individual course purchases are non-refundable once you have accessed the course content. This policy exists because course content is delivered digitally and is immediately accessible upon purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a course you purchased, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward another course.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback, as most issues can be resolved quickly.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
