CannaLogIQ was born out of frustration. Cannabis compliance is genuinely complex — regulations change constantly, vary by state, and are written in dense legal language that takes hours to decode. We built the tool we wished existed.
The Problem We Solved
Texas hemp law is one of the most volatile regulatory environments in the country. In 2025 alone, DSHS issued new rules, courts issued injunctions, and the legal status of smokable hemp flipped multiple times. Most operators found out about changes from social media — or worse, from an inspector.
A single violation can cost $1,000 to $10,000. License suspension can cost everything. And the rules are written in dense legal language that takes hours to decode — time most operators don’t have.
We built CannaLogIQ to close that gap. Every night, our system pulls the latest regulations from official government sources, detects what changed, and delivers it in plain English — so Texas hemp retailers can stay ahead of inspections instead of reacting to them.
