The cannabis industry is one of the most heavily regulated industries in the United States. We exist to level the playing field — giving independent operators the same compliance intelligence that large multi-state operators pay compliance teams to provide.
We envision a cannabis industry where compliance is not a competitive advantage for well-funded operators, but a baseline expectation that every licensee can meet — regardless of whether they have in-house legal counsel.
A world where a first-time dispensary owner in Tulsa has the same access to current, clear compliance information as a multi-state operator with a dedicated compliance department.

Our goal is to protect cannabis operators from the financial and legal consequences of compliance failures — not to sell them fear.
Compliance intelligence should not require a law degree or a $500/hour attorney. We make it accessible to every operator, regardless of size.
We started with Arizona, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Our roadmap includes all 24 adult-use states. Every operator in every legal state deserves this tool.
