Oklahoma's Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) is mandated by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority. Every dispensary employee — including support staff, delivery drivers, and security — must complete a state-approved RVT course within 30 days of hire. Failure to maintain current certificates is a Class B violation: a $2,500 fine and a 10-day license suspension.
